Job summary

Yugo USA is seeking a Leasing Agent for its on-site State College, PA property. You will handle all aspects of leasing, marketing, move-ins, and renewals while maintaining positive resident relations.

You will report to the General Manager and coordinate with maintenance and staff to ensure an exceptional resident experience. Strong communication, customer service, and knowledge of Entrata are needed, with flexibility for evenings/weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent experience in residential properties or rental operations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer service.
• Experience with property management software, Entrata or similar systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents and conduct tours, communicating property features and benefits clearly.
• Process rental applications, deposits, and lease documents in line with policies and Fair Housing regulations.
• Coordinate move-in/move-out processes and ensure positive onboarding experiences for residents.
• Maintain leasing records, lead tracking, and renewal notices to support occupancy goals.
• Assist with marketing, outreach, and community events to generate leads and improve occupancy.
