Yugo is seeking a Property Manager to lead a thriving student housing community in Eugene, OR. You will oversee leasing, resident relations, budgeting, and marketing to drive occupancy and revenue while guiding on-site staff and ensuring excellent resident experiences.

The role requires 3+ years of supervisory experience, a business-related degree or equivalent, and proficiency with Entrata/Yardi/Real Page. Competitive benefits and onsite housing are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of supervisory experience in residential properties or rental operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred; equivalent experience accepted.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for relationship building.
• Experience in fast-paced, target-driven environments with a sales/marketing focus.
• Proficiency with property management software (Entrata/Yardi/Real Page) and tech adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Supervise on-site staff to meet daily goals and deadlines.
• Oversee rent collections, delinquency management, and evictions per policy and law.
• Manage accounts receivable/payable and ensure timely financial transactions.
• Coordinate leasing, marketing, and resident retention to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Review budgets, occupancy trends, and operating performance to improve asset value.
• Lead property maintenance coordination with the Maintenance Supervisor and vendors.
• Recruit, train, and develop team members; conduct regular performance meetings.
• Communicate property performance with Regional Managers and corporate teams.
