Job summary

Yugo USA is seeking a Leasing Manager to lead leasing operations at our Corvallis property. You will train and supervise the leasing team, conduct tours, and manage the full cycle of applications, moves, and renewals to hit occupancy targets.

You will coordinate outreach, measure performance, and ensure compliance with housing laws while delivering excellent resident service and engagement initiatives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; experience in residential properties or rental operations preferred.
• Entrata experience or similar rental software required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills essential for resident relations.
• Experience leading leasing staff and coordinating leasing activities.
• Familiarity with market trends and occupancy strategies is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of leasing, resident retention, and lease renewals to support occupancy goals.
• Conduct property tours and qualify applicants per company standards.
• Review and process rental applications, leases, move-ins, move-outs, and renewals.
• Coordinate move-in orientations to ensure a smooth resident experience.
• Maintain leasing records, reports, and daily activity tracking.
• Lead marketing and outreach to boost visibility and leasing performance.
• Monitor market trends and competitor pricing to support strategy.
• Ensure Fair Housing compliance and adherence to laws.
• Build relationships with residents through responsive service.
• Coordinate resident events to enhance satisfaction and retention.
• Perform routine inspections of units and common spaces.
