Job summary

PeakMade Real Estate is seeking a results-oriented Property Manager for our student housing property. As the onsite leader, you will drive profitability, occupancy, and resident satisfaction while mentoring a high-performing team.

You will manage leasing strategies, budgets, rent collection, and risk management, coordinating with ownership and regional partners. Regular onsite presence and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum four years of property management experience.
• Two years campus student housing management experience preferred.
• Ability to analyze monthly financial statements and develop budgets/forecasts.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• On-site presence and full-time in the office required.
• Working knowledge of property management software; Entrata preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor on-site staff, manage recruitment, training and evaluations.
• Show, lease, and move in residents; execute leasing plans.
• Develop budgets, monitor rent collections, and maximize NOI.
• Manage resident retention and respond to service requests.
• Complete required reports and perform monthly apartment inspections.
