PeakMade Real Estate is seeking a Property Manager for an on-site role in the United States. You will lead high-performing teams to deliver a world-class student housing experience, maximize occupancy, and improve NOI.

Ideal candidates are financially savvy with strong industry knowledge and a proven ability to implement effective leasing strategies. Regular onsite presence and collaboration with the Regional Manager are essential.

Qualifications

• Regular onsite presence is required.
• Four+ years of property management experience.
• Two years of campus student housing management preferred.
• Ability to analyze and interpret monthly financial statements.

Responsabilités

• Direct on-site staff recruitment, training, coaching and evaluations.
• Lead leasing and marketing efforts to maximize occupancy and rental income.
• Develop and monitor annual operating budgets and forecasts.
• Oversee resident relations, service requests and retention initiatives.
• Complete reports and inspections; manage risk and compliance.
