Job summary

PeakMade Real Estate seeks a Leasing Manager to lead on-site leasing and marketing for our student housing community. You will drive occupancy and tenant retention while collaborating with the property manager to align campaigns with the PeakMade brand and events.

You will oversee leasing staff, execute lease-up events, manage online reputation, and create compelling tours and materials to attract prospective residents. A passion for helping students find homes is essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leasing off campus student housing apartments.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Some weekend and evening availability.

Responsibilities

• Hire, lead and develop leasing staff; assisting in recruiting, interviewing and onboarding.
• Provide excellent customer service and represent Peak to residents.
• Plan and implement lease up events, renewal parties, and resident programs.
• Give informative property tours to prospects onsite and address needs and concerns.
• Lease and renew beds/apartments in person or online.
• Assist with move-in/out events and deposits.
