PeakMade Real Estate is seeking a Property Manager to oversee a student housing property in Atlanta, GA. You will lead a high-performing onsite team, implement leasing strategies, manage budgets, and maximize occupancy and NOI.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in property management, campus housing experience preferred, and strong communication and financial analysis skills. This role requires regular onsite work, full-time in office.

Qualificações

• Regular onsite presence is required; full-time in office.
• Four+ years’ experience in property management.
• Two years campus student housing management experience preferred.
• Proven ability in people management, financial reporting, problem-solving, sales and resident relations.
• Regular use of property management software; Entrata highly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage high quality on-site staff through recruitment, training and development programs.
• Conduct employee evaluations including performance reviews and corrective actions.
• Direct the Turn process per company policies and procedures.
• Monitor market conditions and train leasing staff on product knowledge.
• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents.
• Direct efforts to maximize rental income and budgeted occupancy.
• Achieve NOI through cost controls and revenue enhancements.
• Develop operating budgets/forecasts and report to Regional Manager.
• Monitor rent collections and ensure compliance with statutes.
• Manage resident retention and service request follow-up programs.
• Ensure timely maintenance response and service quality.
• Complete required reports and perform monthly property inspections.
