The role requires 4+ years in property management, strong communication, and the ability to supervise staff, conduct evaluations, and oversee maintenance and risk management. On-site presence is essential.

Qualifications

• Must have 4+ years in property management.
• Onsite presence required; college degree preferred.
• Experience with student housing a plus.
• Strong financial reporting and budgeting skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site staff recruitment, training and evaluations.
• Show, lease, and move-in residents; manage occupancy and NOI.
• Develop annual budgets and forecasts; report to Regional Manager.
• Monitor rent collections and ensure compliance with statutes.
• Oversee vendor management, maintenance and service requests.
