PeakMade Real Estate seeks an on-site Property Manager to lead a multifamily asset, drive profitability, and deliver a world-class living experience for residents. You will mentor high-performing teams, execute leasing strategies, and maximize occupancy and NOI through strategic financial management.

The role requires 4+ years in multifamily property management, strong staff leadership, and proficiency with property management software such as Entrata. On-site full-time position based in Florida.

• Proven ability to manage on-site staff and drive performance.
• Strong financial analysis and budgeting capability.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead on-site teams and mentor staff to deliver a world-class resident experience.
• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; execute leasing plans to maximize occupancy and income.
• Develop and manage annual budgets/forecasts; monitor rent collections and NOI implications.
• Prepare and review management reports for ownership and regional managers.
• Respond to resident needs and administer service improvements and risk controls.
