Job summary

PeakMade Real Estate is seeking an onsite Property Manager in Florida to lead daily operations of a conventional multifamily asset and drive NOI. The role requires strong financial acumen, leadership, and a hands-on approach to resident services.

You will recruit, coach and mentor on-site staff, maximize occupancy and rental income, manage budgets and reporting, and uphold resident satisfaction through proactive maintenance and leasing strategies.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in multifamily property management
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to analyze monthly financial statements and develop budgets/forecasts
• Experience managing on-site staff and leasing teams

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site staff through recruitment, training, coaching and development
• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; maximize occupancy
• Develop and implement leasing strategies to maximize rental income
• Prepare operating budgets/forecasts and report to Regional Manager
• Monitor rent collections and ensure compliance with statutes
• Complete required reports and conduct regular property inspections
