Washington Intern Student Housing (WISH) in Washington, DC is seeking an organized Administrative Coordinator to coordinate student housing placements and provide general office support in person.

You will handle inquiries, follow up with housing leads, log payments, assist with applications, and support program and resident placement under the Director of Program. This role requires in-person work and a collaborative team environment.

Aufgaben

• Be the initial contact for students seeking information and applying to WISH
• Respond and actively follow up with housing inquiries
• Follow-up and log leads for housing and placement opportunities
• Coordinate housing reservations, inquiries, and applications
• Collect and track payments for security deposits, processing fees, and rental fees
• Assign housing placements for programs and individual residents with the Director of Program
• Maintain housing spreadsheet with student and internship data, payment allocations
• Assist with applications and payment collection process
• Produce sales reports and projections
• Represent the company at universities, organizations, foundations, events
• Coordinate check-in/-out for student housing on a semester basis
• Travel may be required
