Qualifications

• Knowledge of Case Management and Social Services to help residents access housing resources.
• Understanding of Social Housing and Affordable Housing concepts with equity focus.
• Familiarity with Property Management basics like tracking housing inventory or tenant info.
• Strong research, data entry, and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Effective written and verbal communication for diverse audiences.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and meet deadlines.
• Commitment to equity, inclusion, and non-discriminatory service to Washington residents.
• Current enrollment in or recent completion of a relevant academic program preferred but not required.
