Job summary

Campus Apartments in Tucson seeks an enthusiastic Leasing Agent to support day-to-day property operations and drive high occupancy. You will assist with leasing, renewals and resident relations, ensuring accurate records and timely responses in a fast-paced environment.

You will collaborate with management to develop advertising strategies, handle applications, and maintain courteous communication with residents and vendors while upholding company standards and local laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• First Aid/CPR certification or willingness to obtain.
• Valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance is preferred.
• Computer skills and math ability.
• Accurate typing and record keeping.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Knowledge of Entrata is preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with leasing to achieve full occupancy and renewal management.
• Maintain accurate availability records and renewal reports.
• Review, approve, enter and present rental applications to the General Manager.
• Liaise with legal counsel and the City to manage licenses and renewals.
• Assist with check-out and inspect vacated units.
• Ensure leases and resident check-ins are accurate and timely.
• Respond to resident concerns promptly and report to the General Manager.
• Assist in weekly property performance reports.
• Help develop and implement advertising and retention programs.
• Maintain courteous communication with residents, applicants, employees and vendors.
• Answer phones and perform general admin tasks.
