Job summary

Yugo Crestline Charlottesville is seeking a part-time Student Ambassador to assist with leasing, marketing, and resident relations at our Charlottesville community. You will manage apartment rentals, move-ins, lease renewals, and lead handling while supporting marketing efforts and community events.

The role requires strong customer service, excellent communication, and organizational skills; flexibility to work 20–25 hours per week, including some evenings and weekends, is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in an administrative role or similar environment.
• Strong customer service and written/verbal communication skills.
• Ability to be proactive with problem-solving and initiative.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in MS Office and online systems/databases.
• Resilience and adaptability; awareness of diverse cultures.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and handle inquiries, tours, and lead qualification.
• Process applications, deposits, and lease paperwork for move-ins/outs.
• Maintain guest cards, follow up with prospects, and manage calls.
• Prepare and submit applications for approval; ensure apartments ready for move-in.
• Assist with lease renewals and payments; support marketing and sales efforts.
• Support marketing initiatives, monitor market information, and report on community improvements.
