Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in sales, customer service or marketing preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Proficient in Office products and Windows/Apple operating systems.

Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective residents to build rapport and assess housing needs.
• Guide prospects through leasing with professional, friendly service.
• Close leases by aligning floorplans with clients' lifestyles.
• Conduct informative tours of the community for various groups.
• Lead campus outreach to generate leads and raise brand awareness.
• Organize events to spread brand visibility and recruit residents.
• Maintain shifts: minimum 3 hours, evenings/weekends as needed.
• Able to travel occasionally and lift up to 50 pounds as required.
