Job summary

Core Spaces, LLC is seeking a Leasing and Marketing Associate to ignite resident interest and drive leasing through energetic customer interactions and strategic marketing efforts.

You will guide prospects through leasing, conduct informed tours, and execute campus outreach to boost brand presence in the market. A fast-paced environment and strong communication are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, marketing, or related fields preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Proficient in Office Products and Windows and Apple operating systems.

Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective residents to build rapport and understand their housing needs.
• Guide prospects through the leasing process with professionalism and exceptional customer service.
• Utilize effective sales techniques to close leases by demonstrating urgency and aligning floorplans with prospects' lifestyle.
• Conduct informative tours of our community for prospective students, parents, groups, etc., highlighting unique features and amenities.
• Execute daily outreach efforts on campus and in student hotspots to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
• Organize and participate in events to spread brand awareness and attract potential future residents.
