Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• First Aid/CPR certification or willingness to obtain.

• Ability to operate standard office equipment and software.

Responsibilities

• Assist with leasing to ensure full lease-up and high occupancy levels.
• Manage property licenses and renewal processes.
• Investigate and respond to resident concerns in a timely manner.
• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing programs.
