Job summary

Campus Apartments seeks an enthusiastic Assistant Leasing & Marketing Manager in Knoxville, TN to assist with leasing, resident relations and advertising programs. You will help maintain high occupancy, process applications and support daily property operations with a positive, professional attitude.

Requirements include a bachelor degree or equivalent experience, strong computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) and a willingness to obtain First Aid/CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• First Aid/CPR certification or willingness to obtain.
• Knowledge of Entrata is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Assist with leasing to ensure full occupancy and manage renewal processes.
• Assist with processing rental applications and presenting to the General Manager.
• Support daily property operations to ensure customer satisfaction and fiscal stability.
• Assist development and implementation of advertising/marketing programs.
