Job summary

Campus Apartments seeks an enthusiastic Leasing Consultant in Knoxville to support daily property operations, leasing activities and occupancy goals. You will engage with prospective residents, present rental options and coordinate move-ins, ensuring excellent customer service.

The role reports to the General Manager and requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, first aid/cpr willingness, and a valid driver’s license. Proficiency in MS Word/Excel/Outlook and knowledge of Entrata are preferred.
