Job summary

Core Spaces is seeking a Leasing Professional to manage on-site leasing and marketing operations at our property. You will conduct guided tours, follow up with prospects, and oversee leasing processes with the support of the leasing team.

The role requires availability for evenings, weekends, and overtime, with strong sales or property management experience and familiarity with Entrata software. This position is on-site at the property in Raleigh.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or property management.
• Demonstrated leadership skills.
• Proficient in Office products and Windows and Apple operating systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead leasing and marketing activities for assigned sites.
• Conduct property tours and follow up with potential residents.
• Prepare leasing and marketing reports and coordinate events.
• Support leasing office operations and staff.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
