Core Spaces is seeking a Leasing Professional to manage on-site leasing and marketing operations at our Eugene property. You will oversee lease administration, implement marketing plans, and assist with daily office tasks with support from the leasing team.

Ideal candidates have sales or property management experience, strong leadership, and proficiency with standard office tools. On-site work is required, including varied hours and move-ins as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or in property management or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Offer guided tours of the property to potential residents.
• Follow up with potential residents through emails and phone calls.
• Complete all leasing and marketing reports in a timely manner.
• Assist in-house events as well as outreach marketing coordination.
• Support managing leasing office operations and leasing office staff as necessary.
