Job summary

Tailwind Group, Inc. is seeking a Leasing and Marketing Manager for a Mississippi student housing property. This full-time role coordinates sales and marketing strategies, builds relationships with residents and prospects, and leads the leasing team to meet occupancy goals.

The position follows a Monday–Friday schedule, with occasional evenings or weekends. Compensation ranges from $45,000 to $55,000 plus commission, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid holidays.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, business administration, or related field preferred.
• Two or more years of experience in customer service, sales, or retail.
• One or more years of progressive experience in student housing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead leasing team to achieve annual occupancy targets.
• Develop and execute monthly marketing calendars.
• Tour prospects and convert to leases with personalized follow-up.
• Manage property social media and engage online community.
• Coordinate and oversee on-site property operations and events.
• Collaborate with Property Manager on staffing and training.
