Job summary

Tailwind Group is looking for a full-time Leasing Manager to coordinate sales and marketing strategies at College Town Mankato. In this role, you will be responsible for maximizing occupancy, providing excellent customer service, and managing leasing processes.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in student housing and offers a salary range of $42,000 to $52,000 plus bonuses. Benefits include medical and dental insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid parental leave.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or one year of experience in student housing.
• Relevant property management or sales/marketing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the property team to achieve a minimum of 95% occupancy each year.
• Utilize effective sales strategies to maximize revenues.
• Conduct tours and respond to leasing inquiries.
• Train Leasing Specialists and Community Assistants.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service.
• Assist with marketing efforts and special events.
• Manage administrative and reporting tasks.
