Job summary

Tailwind Group Inc. is seeking a Leasing and Marketing Manager to drive sales and marketing for a student housing property.

You will build relationships with residents and prospects, execute a monthly marketing calendar, and mentor the leasing team to meet occupancy targets. The role requires coordinating tours, leading outreach on campus and in the community, overseeing social media, and ensuring excellent customer service while maintaining property standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in customer service, sales, or retail is a plus.
• Progressive experience in student housing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate excellent customer service with residents, prospects, vendors, officials, and community members; prioritizing others.
• Maintain curb appeal and oversee property grounds, amenities, and common areas.
• Lead the leasing team to achieve budgeted occupancy.
• Hit pre-leasing milestones throughout the year.
• Lead tours, respond to inquiries, and convert prospects with follow‑ups.
• Hire, train, and develop Leasing Specialist and/or Marketing Assistant.
