Job summary

Tailwind Group, Inc. is seeking a Property Manager to oversee a student housing community, ensuring property maintenance meets high standards and profitability. You will deliver excellent resident service, manage budgets, and lead onsite staff to support operations.

The role is full-time, typically Monday–Friday 8:30 am–5:00 pm, with occasional after-hours as needed. Compensation ranges from $65,000 to $80,000 plus bonus potential, based on market data and location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in property management preferred.
• 3+ years of progressive property management experience preferred.
• Experience with Entrata or similar system preferred.
• Ability to obtain Certified Pool Operator certification.

Responsibilities

• Manage resident relations, rent charges, lease expectations, and resident concerns.
• Coordinate invoices for goods/services required to maintain the property.
• Assist in budgets, marketing campaigns, business plans and events.
• Lead on-site maintenance technicians, office staff, and leasing team.
• Coordinate collection of required fees from residents.
• Assist with onboarding, training and performance reviews.
• Provide excellent customer service with residents, prospects, vendors and community members.
• Maintain community files and records in Entrata.
• Assist with turnover and move-in/move-out procedures.
• Respond to after-hour emergency issues.
