Qualifications

• Associate degree or 1+ year in student housing required.
• Strong administrative, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-project environment.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and real estate basics.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Experience with Entrata software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer service to residents and prospects.
• Assist with marketing efforts on campus and in the community.
• Answer calls, inquiries, and emails professionally.
• Lead sales when Leasing Manager is offsite; conduct tours and follow-ups.
• Stay informed on market conditions, trends, and competitors.
• Monitor common areas for curb appeal and cleanliness.
• Support Leasing Manager with social media updates.
