Job summary

Tailwind Group is seeking a Regional Leasing Manager to oversee sales and leasing across the student housing portfolio. You will drive company leasing strategies, evaluate market trends, and work with on-site teams to achieve budgeted occupancy and revenue targets.

The role requires 40-50% travel, standard weekday hours, and occasional evenings/weekends based on business needs. Base salary ranges from $60,000 to $75,000 with bonus potential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Three or more years of progressive leasing experience in student housing.
• Experience with Entrata software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate market trends and adjust leasing strategies.
• Coordinate and execute sales strategies to maximize occupancy and rents.
• Provide ongoing leasing training to on-site teams.
• Ensure follow-up, reporting, and KPI compliance.
• Set performance goals and bonus schedules for leasing staff.
• Travel to properties within the region for leasing duties.
• Assist with renewal campaigns and pre-leasing plans.
• Collaborate with Marketing to maintain digital marketing standards.
• Prepare weekly leasing reports and pricing recommendations.
• Travel near airports and during leasing season as needed.
