Job summary

Caliber Living LLC in Gainesville, FL is seeking a Leasing Manager to lead all leasing and marketing activities for the property, aiming to achieve budgeted occupancy before the Fall move-in period.

The role requires a strong understanding of leasing tactics and sales, with responsibilities including generating traffic, qualifying prospects, closing leases, processing applications, and maintaining lease files.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1+ years of leasing experience required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic understanding of Federal, State and local Fair Housing laws.
• Computer skills: MS Word, MS Excel, Google Suite, Entrata.

Responsibilities

• Rent apartment homes: generate traffic, respond to inquiries, greet prospects, tour property, qualify prospects, and close leases.
• Visually inspect property daily for cleanliness and maintain office/model units.
• Process rental applications, obtain documents, schedule move-ins, and prepare lease files.
• Maintain lease files per policy and procedure; collect documents and oversee compliance.
• Record traffic sources daily and convert at least 30% into leases.
• Follow up with prospects via phone, text, and email within set timelines.
