Job summary

Asset Living in Gainesville, GA is seeking a friendly Leasing Consultant to manage all aspects of leasing, marketing, and positive resident relations at a property.

You will show units, qualify residents, tour communities, sign leases, and handle paperwork; maintain data, meet leasing goals, and support retention programs. High school diploma required; on-site software and Fair Housing laws knowledge preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour the community, and sign a lease.
• Conduct leasing activities including appointments, tours, and follow-up.
• Complete leasing paperwork prior to move-in and maintain accurate prospect data.
• Assist in marketing, outreach, and market surveys to drive traffic and meet leasing goals.
• Respond to resident requests promptly and support retention efforts.
