Job summary

B.HOM Student Living seeks a Leasing and Marketing Manager to lead leasing activities and drive occupancy for the Baton Rouge community. You will direct marketing plans, analyze market trends, and coordinate campus outreach to maximize resident acquisition and retention.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic student housing environment with extended hours during peak periods.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and leasing experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing/social media platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead leasing activities including tours, sales calls, and closing efforts.
• Develop and execute weekly, monthly, and annual marketing plans.
• Build relationships with university departments and organizations.
• Assist GM with hiring, training, and coaching leasing team members.
• Track and report leasing performance, traffic, and conversion metrics.
• Review leasing files for accuracy and ensure policy adherence.
