Qualifications

• Strong sales and leasing experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing/social media platforms.
• Demonstrated leadership and team development skills.
• Ability to obtain any required state leasing license within required timeframe.
• Experience in student housing or multifamily property management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead all leasing activities including tours, sales calls, and closing efforts; achieve occupancy and revenue objectives.
• Develop and execute weekly, monthly, and annual marketing plans.
• Build and maintain relationships with university departments and organizations.
• Assist General Manager with hiring, training, and coaching leasing team members.
• Track leasing performance, traffic, and conversion metrics; prepare reports for strategy.
• Review and approve leasing files for accuracy and compliance with policies.
