Job summary

Yugo Madison Lux is seeking a Student Ambassador to support leasing, tours, and resident relations in our Madison community. You will handle applications, move-ins, renewals, and marketing efforts to attract students and maintain vibrant properties.

The role offers hourly compensation and requires 20–25 hours per week, with a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. You will report to the General Manager and contribute to an inclusive, student-focused culture.

Qualifications

• Relative experience in an administrative role.
• Great customer service and communication skills (oral and written).
• Ability to be proactive with strong problem-solving skills and initiative.
• Highly organized with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Intermediate MS Office and online systems/database skills.
• Diversity awareness and open communication with team members.
• Availability to work 20-25 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective clients, conduct property tours, and showcase features and benefits.
• Complete applications, secure deposits, and process lease paperwork for move-ins.
• Handle phone calls and in-person inquiries, maintain guest cards, and follow up with prospects.
• Prepare and submit applications for approval, ensure apartments are ready for move-in, and orient new residents.
• Assist with lease renewals, accept rental payments, and support marketing and sales efforts.
• Support marketing initiatives, maintain market information, and participate in leasing activity meetings.
• Update reports, monitor market conditions, and provide insights for community improvements.
• Manage service requests and plan resident functions; maintain commission records.
• Participate in outreach marketing and enforce policies; ensure office and model apartments are clean.
