Job summary

Yugo Madison Lux is seeking a Student Ambassador in Madison, WI to manage leasing, marketing, and resident relations. The role reports to the General Manager and requires handling applications, move-ins, renewals, and lead generation.

You will support marketing efforts and maintain accurate records while ensuring policy compliance. Applicants should have administrative experience, strong communication, and be available for 20–25 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Experience in an administrative role or similar.
• Strong customer service and written/oral communication skills.
• Proactive with problem-solving and initiative.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist prospective residents, conduct property tours, and provide product knowledge.
• Process applications, deposits, and lease paperwork for move-ins/move-outs.
• Handle inquiries by phone and in person; maintain guest cards and follow up on leads.
• Prepare applications for approval and ensure apartments are ready for move-in.
