Job summary

Yugo is seeking a Student Ambassador in Austin to support leasing and marketing within our community. You will report to the General Manager and help drive resident relations, move-ins, and lease renewals.

The role is onsite, hourly, with 20-25 hours per week. You will greet prospects, process applications, coordinate showings, and assist with marketing campaigns while upholding Fair Housing standards and a positive team culture.

Qualifications

• Relative experience in an administrative role.
• Great customer service and communication skills, oral and written.
• Proactive with problem solving and initiative.
• Highly organized with ability to multitask regularly.
• Intermediate skills in MS Office and online systems/databases.
• Open communication with General Manager and Maintenance Supervisor.
• Availability to work 20-25 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective clients, conduct property tours, and showcase features.
• Complete applications, secure deposits, and process lease paperwork.
• Handle inquiries, maintain guest cards, and follow up with prospects.
• Prepare applications for approval and orient new residents.
• Assist with lease renewals, accept payments, and support sales efforts.
• Support marketing initiatives and maintain market information.
• Update reports, monitor market conditions, and provide insights.
• Manage service requests and plan resident events.
• Enforce policies, ensure compliance with Fair Housing, and maintain team environment.
• Keep offices and model apartments clean and schedule aligned.
