Job summary

Yugo is hiring a Leasing Agent in Cincinnati to manage leasing and marketing for the community. You will greet prospects, tour properties, process applications, and handle move-ins and renewals, while ensuring resident satisfaction and adherence to policies.

The role requires on-site work with strong communication and customer service skills. Experience with RealPage or Entrata is preferred, and a flexible schedule including evenings or weekends may be needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Experience in property management or student housing preferred.
• Proficient with property management software (RealPage/Entrata).
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Carbon Literacy Certification or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents and conduct tours to highlight features and amenities.
• Respond to inquiries by phone, email, and in person.
• Process applications, deposits, and prepare lease documents.
• Coordinate move-in/out and onboarding for residents.
