Job summary

The New York College of Podiatric Medicine (NYCPM) at Touro University is seeking a Housing & Student Services Coordinator to support housing, student engagement, and new student integration. Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of administrative experience required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Excel and Office 365.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of students in campus housing and contracts.
• Organize and monitor student housing contracts and processes.
• Train and meet with Student Resident Assistants.
• Mediate housing concerns and support student safety.
• Coordinate with Facilities and Security for student comfort and safety.
• Organize and run housing activities and events (study nights, socials, move-in).
• Assist admissions with new student coordination, outreach, and alumni coordination.
