Job summary

Redpoint Gainesville, a student housing community managed by The Scion Group, seeks an operations‑driven leader to run the property in the General Manager's absence. You’ll own leasing support, resident accounts, facilities coordination, and staff development across a fast-paced turn cycle.

You'll review delinquency, coordinate turn activities with Turnable, and guide on-site teams while overseeing month‑end reporting, AR reconciliation, and KPI tracking.

Qualifications

• Experience in property management or residential community operations.
• Familiarity with property management systems; Entrata experience preferred.
• Strong written communication skills for resident notices and responses.
• Comfort with financial basics: accounts receivable, late fees, delinquency tracking.
• Ability to handle confidential information and resident account matters discreetly.
• Ability to manage competing priorities during high-volume periods like turn.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day leasing support and resident accounts.
• Coordinate facilities and manage Turnable-based turn activity.
• Lead staff development and on-call coverage.
• Monitor delinquency and AR reconciliation.
• Assist with month-end reporting and KPI tracking; support resident engagement and reputation management.
