Job summary

Yugo USA in Gainesville, FL is seeking a Student Ambassador (Part-time, Hourly). You will handle leasing, marketing, and resident relations within the apartment community, reporting to the General Manager.

Responsibilities include tours, applications, move-ins, renewals, lead generation, and supporting marketing and sales efforts; must be organized, customer-focused, and able to work 20-25 hours per week, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication abilities, both oral and written.
• Proactive with strong problem-solving and initiative.
• Highly organized with ability to multitask regularly.
• Intermediate MS Office and experience with online systems/databases.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective clients and conduct property tours.
• Process applications, deposits, and lease paperwork for move-ins/outs.
• Handle inquiries via phone and in person; manage guest cards and follow-ups.
• Prepare applications for approval and ensure apartment readiness for move-ins.
• Assist with lease renewals, rent collection, and support marketing efforts.
• Support marketing and sales initiatives and track market information.
• Update reports and provide insights for community improvements.
• Manage service requests and plan resident events.
