Job summary

Qualifications

• Technical School Business/Accounting Certificate or High School Diploma or related on-the-job experience.
• Strong computer skills, basic math, knowledge of spreadsheets.
• Experience with bookkeeping software and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Posts account adjustments (calculate drop adjustments according to policy).
• Processes payments, provide billing customer service, assist students with account inquiries.
• Uploads financial contracts and Radius applications.
• Maintains business office fax, business office email, and google texting for all students.
• Enters student ACH information.
• Assists students with completing the FAFSA, MPN, & Loan Entrance Counseling.
• Provide financial aid customer services and assist with federal aid and scholarship inquiries.
• Primary contact for all student phone calls and walk-ins.
• Processes student disbursement letters and exit counseling.
• Performs related accountabilities/responsibilities as required or directed.
