Qualifications

• Experience in financial aid or related field preferred; additional education may substitute for work experience.

Responsibilities

• Answering telephone calls from students, staff, and donors.
• First point of contact for potential financial aid recipients.
• Direct students how to apply for Federal/State/Institutional aid.
• Process intake and scanning of all financial aid documents and verify accuracy.
• Assist with FAFSA presentations and financial aid orientations.
• Participate in scheduling meetings and assist with office duties.
• Support office budget adherence and deadlines.
