Responsibilities

• Perform required verifications and follow-up actions to ensure compliance.
• Apply financial aid awards in the university system and package available aid.
• Provide one-on-one or small group counseling on aid eligibility, deadlines, and rights and responsibilities.
• Stay current on regulatory changes and communicate updates to staff.
