Responsibilities

• Maintains front counter for student-facing, in-person activity.
• Provides excellent service to students, families, and college community.
• Assists students with FAFSA completion and financial aid processes.
• Counsels students on FAFSA and eligibility for financial aid.
• Reviews ISIR discrepancies and follows up with students.
• Monitors SAP compliance and SAP Appeals process.
• Trains and leads student workers as needed.
• Prepares reports and supports campus data needs.
