Job summary

Concordia University, St. Paul is seeking a Financial Aid Student Assistant to support the office by providing friendly customer service to students and handling daily tasks such as meeting scheduling, assisting counselors, opening and disbursing mail, front desk care, and scanning student files to keep records up to date.

To be eligible, you must be enrolled as a CSP student, have a US social security number, be in good standing with CSP academics and student accounts, have declared a major,

Qualifications

• Be enrolled and registered as a CSP student (PSEO students are not eligible).
• Have a United States social security number.
• Be in good standing with CSP academic requirements and student accounts.
• Have declared a major with CSP.
• For summer employment, priority will be given to the student employees who are enrolled and registered in summer courses.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service for walk-in students while checking in for counselors
• Scan and file documentation to student records
• Collect and distribute documents to the assigned counselors
• General office duties as assigned
