Responsibilities

• Administer and award financial aid following federal and state regulations and institutional policies.
• Maintain financial aid records by collecting data from other offices and required applications from students.
• Assist with preparation and distribution of financial aid information, workshops, visits, Admitted Student Day, and conferences.
• Counsel students and parents in person, by telephone and email to resolve holds and past-due balances for retention.
• Consult with various offices and external agencies to resolve issues related to eligibility, processing, certification, and payment.
