Job summary

IBMC College Longmont is seeking a full-time Financial Aid Representative to join our Longmont campus. You will package student funding arrangements, assist with FAFSA, ISIR processing, and loan management.

You will collaborate with Admissions and Student Accounts to ensure timely FA packaging and accurate tuition financing. The role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Office; prior experience with CampusVue is a plus.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent education required.
• Experience with financial aid processes preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Package and adjust student financial aid accurately and timely.
• Assist with entrance interviews, MPNs, and tuition financing plans.
• Print ISIRs and perform verification on ISIRs.
• Complete forms for social services and in-school deferments.
• Monitor enrollment and charges; coordinate adjustments to ledgers.
• Create award letters and input data into CampusVue for disbursements.
