IBMC College Longmont is seeking a Financial Aid Representative to join our Longmont campus on a full-time basis. This role involves packaging and setting up student funding arrangements and re-packaging as programs progress, ensuring timely disbursements and accurate tuition planning.

The candidate should have an Associate degree or equivalent and demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and coordination with Admissions and Student Accounts.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent education and experience required.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsabilités

• Package and set up student funding arrangements and adjust during program duration.
• Print ISIRs and verify student information.
• Create award letters and input data into Tuition Financial Plan spreadsheets.
