Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Higher Education Administration, Educational Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or closely related field.
• Five years of experience and/or training in enterprise systems administration, project coordination, and analytics.
• Experience implementing or supporting enterprise tech systems with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong communication, organizational, problem-solving, and training skills; ability to translate technical concepts.
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate technology solutions across recruitment, admissions, onboarding, advising, and registration.
• Serve as primary functional administrator for student success technologies (e.g., EAB Navigate360) and related platforms.
• Coordinate degree planning technologies and AI-assisted degree planning tools.
• Manage data integrations among student success, SIS, CRM, and enterprise systems.
• Develop and deliver training, documentation, and user adoption resources.
• Create reports, dashboards, and analytics to evaluate technology utilization and outcomes.
