Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Three years of related experience in development of training programs and management of training schedules or instructors.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a flexible, hybrid team environment with virtual collaboration tools.
• Excellent organizational, written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to use labor market data to shape curriculum and trainings.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage CCAPE's open enrollment portfolio, including short- to long-term training, credentialing and digital badges.
• Cultivate and expand open enrollment initiatives with community partners to broaden access.
• Develop and maintain an instructor talent bench across modalities (virtual, hybrid, HyFlex, in-person).
• Compile and maintain information regarding instructors, clients, students, funders, and program partners.
• Collaborate to assess labor market information and ensure program portfolios meet demand and partner needs.
• Coordinate staff support across programs to maintain adequate staffing during peak periods.
• Oversee open enrollment student/participant management, including registration, attendance, and progress reporting.
• Facilitate articulation agreements with academic programs in collaboration with leadership.
• Engage with external partners to expand program reach and funding opportunities.
• Review and update program materials using formative and summative evaluations.
