Job summary

Cape Cod Community College is seeking a dynamic Senior Manager of Career and Technical Education to expand open enrollment training across the region. You will lead development and management of CCAPE's portfolio, partnering with libraries, senior centers, and workforce partners to meet industry demand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Three years of related experience in training program development or management.
• Ability to work effectively in a flexible, hybrid team environment with virtual collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, MS Teams).
• Excellent organizational, written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Experience with labor market and business assessments to shape curriculum and trainings.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage CCAPE's open enrollment portfolio, including short- to long-term training, credentialing, and grant-funded programming.
• Cultivate open enrollment initiatives with community partners to broaden access region-wide.
• Oversee open enrollment staff and program progress, registrations, and reporting.
• Coordinate articulation agreements with academic programs and collaborate with program directors.
• Generate program revenue to meet CCAPE's annual goals and ensure responsive staffing across teams.
