Job summary

San Joaquin Valley College Inc. in Visalia, CA, seeks an Enrollment Services Program Associate to support the college’s mission under the Enrollment Services Director.

You will present education opportunities to prospective students, schedule visits, conduct program presentations, tours, and open houses to drive enrollment. The role requires an Associate’s Degree, strong communication and computer skills, willingness to work evenings and weekends for events, and the ability to manage enrollment

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree and related work experience required.
• Ability to read, write, and present information clearly.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and database software.
• Experience in enrollment or admissions preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responds to inquiries for assigned linear programs.
• Schedules appointments with prospective students.
• Gives program presentations to prospective students.
• Gives prospective students a tour of the campus.
• Schedules placement exams and discusses impact of scores with applicants.
• Prepares enrollment packages and follows up by telephone and correspondence for events.
• Coordinates and attends linear program open houses and advisory board meetings.
